Quality Manual is the apex document which documents the Quality Policy, the Quality Objectives and the Quality Management System to be followed by all employees within MIND and to achieve customer satisfaction through conformance to requirements. All our employees follow a documented Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that software and services provided by MIND conforms to specified requirements. MIND QMS has been organised into procedures, guidelines, templates and checklist defined according to CMM Level 5 specifications. |
