We believe in Quality as a path to achieve Customer Satisfaction. To continuously improve our processes we have achieved the following certifications:

• Assessed at SEI CMM Level 5 by KPMG - Developed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, CMM—short for Capability Maturity Model—is a set of rigorous standards for software development that's based on five levels.

• ISO 9001:2000 certification by American Quality Assessors - ISO 9001:2000 Quality management systems - Requirements is intended for use in any organization which designs, develops, manufactures, installs and/or services any product or provides any form of service.

• ISO 27001:2005 certification by BSI - ISO 27001:2005 is an international standard setting out the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). MIND's information security and business continuity policies are in compliance with ISO 27001 requirements. MIND has also defined Business Continuity(BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans to mitigate risk of business disruption.
