Material Control

Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is the core of MCS. It is based on a time-phased priority planning technique that calculates material requirements and schedules supply to meet changing demand across products in one or more plants.

The system facilitates the user to plan material requirement in advance for a specified number of weeks and suggest Purchase Orders based on the Master Production Schedule, Inventory levels, Supplier Lead Time and other related information.

Main modules of the system are: Planning, Safety Inventory, Purchase, Receipts, Issues, WIP, Stock Taking, Multi-Site Material Consolidation and MIS.
