Rakesh Khurana (Chief Operating Officer)
With over 25 years of rich experience in IT industry, Rakesh Khurana is currently leading the Operations at MIND. He has been with the company since 2000 and has led the company on a strong growth path.
Rakesh is responsible for all operational aspects of MIND and oversees execution of a multi-market, multi-business, and multi-platform strategy. Prior to MIND, Rakesh worked for CMC and Centre for Railway Information System (CRIS) handling various aspects of the Passenger Reservation System (PRS) the star project of Indian Railways which was highly appreciated.
Rakesh is a Computer Science Post Graduate from IIT Delhi.

 

 

Dheeraj Indra Prakash (Associate Vice President – International Marketing)
With around 22 years of experience in IT industry, Dheeraj Indra Prakash is currently working as Associate Vice President International Marketing .He has been with the company since 2000 and has played a significant role in the company’s growth and business expansion. Dheeraj has overall responsibility for developing the company’s vision and strategic direction in international markets. His comprehensive understanding of the emerging technologies and trends in the market has always been an imperative to the company and the marketing team.
Prior to MIND, he has worked with industry leaders like HCL and Nucleus Software Limited.
Dheeraj is a Chemistry graduate from Delhi University with Post graduation diploma in computers.

 

Vimal Manchanda (General Manager – Automotive & SCM)
Vimal Manchanda, having around 18 years of cross functional rich experience in IT industry is currently working as a Business Solution Designer for automotive and manufacturing vertical. He has been with the company since 2001 and has proved to be a highly effective leader with an execution mindset and a track record of driving world class performance.
Vimal is actively involved in Strategy Planning, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Business Consulting and Business Process Management at various business verticals.
Vimal is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University.

 

Som Dutt Mehta (Vice President – Technical)
With around 22 years of rich experience in IT industry, Som Dutt Mehta is currently working as Vice President  Technical Operations in MIND. He has been with the company since 2000 and has played a key role in Technological advancements at MIND.
Som is responsible for technical and engineering initiatives in MIND. Prior to MIND, Som has worked with prestigious institutions like Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP), National Institute for Science, Technology and Development Studies (NISTADS), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). He has worked on different domains like Image Processing (GIS), Mathematical Modeling, 3-tier Distributed OLTP Applications, and Web Technology. His experience in handling mission critical projects is inimitable.
Som is a Computer Science Post Graduate from Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers.

 

Pete Callaro (Vice President - US Operations)
With more than 40 years of wealthy experience in IT industry, Pete Callaro is currently working as Vice President - US Operations in MIND. He has been with the company since 2005 and has played a significant role in expanding MIND’s operations in US.
Pete has played a significant role in the company’s growth and business expansion in US.  Prior to MIND, he spent over 22 years with AT&T through 1996 in various positions, including leading system cost and performance improvement projects, managing large IBM mainframe development efforts, most significantly through the AT&T divestiture of the Baby Bells, and forming a successful internal consulting business pioneering desktop computing. His final assignment with AT&T was as Vice president of NCR’s Professional Services division in Asia Pacific. It was at this time that first became involved with Indian software development projects. 
He lived briefly in Hong Kong and Sydney and travelled extensively throughout Asia for nearly four years, between 1993 and 1996.  He led the US arm of Corbus for four years. Additionally, he spent four years working for SCT, an ERP software company in the Higher Education space and as Vice President of Professional Services led many large ERP implementations. 

 

Yogesh Gupta (Vice President - Projects/ MR)
With around 29 years of rich experience in IT industry, Yogesh Gupta is currently working as Vice President Projects/MR in MIND. He has been with the company since 2000 and has played a significant role in the project management and establishing quality standards.
Yogesh is responsible for implementing and sustaining business strategy and strategic initiatives in MIND. His contribution towards setting up quality initiatives and guidelines for development process has been a benchmark. Prior to MIND, Yogesh has worked for Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmadabad and CMC Hyderabad. His experience in Architecture Design, Development and Implementation of Applications based on 3-tier Client / Server Architecture, RDBMS and Middleware has been a real asset to the company.
Yogesh is a Computer Science Post Graduate from IIT Roorkee. 

Madhav Mukund (Head - Business Consulting Practice)
With around 24 years of rich experience in IT industry, Madhav Mukund is currently working as Head –Business Consulting Practice in MIND. He has been with the company since 2001 and has played a significant role in expansion of consulting practices at MIND.
Madhav specializes in managing Consulting functions for integration of IT strategy with the business systems and their implementations. He has an excellent hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Production Planning and ERP concepts. 
Prior to MIND, Madhav has worked with organizations like the TATA Group, Intentia -South Asia and Hiranandani Software and Systems. He has extensive functional and consulting experience in the industry.
Madhav is a Post Graduate in Business Administration (MBA) and trained on various ERP systems.

Vandana Avantsa (Vice President - Business Solutions)
With a experience spanning over 20+ years in IT industry, Vandana Avantsa is currently working as Head –Business Solutions in MIND. She has been with the company since 2000 and has played a significant role in Business solutions for key customers of MIND.
Vandana is responsibilities for IT setup and building up IT resources besides designing, implementing and maintaining large and small networks. She has got expertise in providing end-to-end Enterprise/ Business solutions for automation and computerization for diverse industry verticals right from agricultural to engineering, manufacturing and trading companies. Her extensive experience of managing teams of IT professionals is palpable.

Vandana is an Honours Graduate in Commerce from Delhi University, followed by a PG Diploma in Computer Applications.

Arun Gangal (Vice President - Business Development-Domestic segment)
With more than 30 years of rich experience in IT industry, Arun Gangal is currently working as Vice President Business Development-Domestic segment at MIND. He has been with the company since 2011 and is playing a significant role in strategic planning and expanding MIND’s operations in Indian domestic market. Prior to MIND, Arun worked with CMC as Head Industry Practice – Govt.
Arun is a graduate from Delhi college of Engineering with MBA from MDI, Gurgaon.
